Setting up WooCommerce connection in RIVAFY

This article explains how to generate WooCommerce API credentials and connect your WooCommerce store to RIVAFY.
The integration allows seamless synchronization of orders, products, and inventory.

Prerequisites :

• An active WooCommerce store
• WordPress admin access
• A user with Administrator or Shop Manager role

Step 1: Generate WooCommerce API Credentials: 
 

• Log in to WordPress Admin
  Access the WordPress admin dashboard of your WooCommerce store.
• Navigate to REST API Settings
  Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
• Create a New API Key
  Click on Add Key.
• Fill in API Key Details
  Description: Enter a name (e.g., RIVAFY Integration).
  User: Select an Administrator or Shop Manager.
  Permissions: Select Read/Write.
• Generate API Key
  Click on Generate API Key.
  Copy and securely store the generated:
  Consumer Key
  Consumer Secret

Step 2: Obtain Your Webshop URL:

Use your WooCommerce store’s base URL, for example:

https://yourdomain.com

Step 3: Connect WooCommerce in RIVAFY:
 

• Log in to your RIVAFY account.
• Navigate to the Integrations page.
• Locate the WooCommerce integration and click Connect.
• Enable the synchronization features you want to use.
• Click Next and enter the following details:
  Webshop URL
  Consumer Key
  Consumer Secret
• Click Connect to complete the setup.

Once connected, RIVAFY will start syncing data with WooCommerce based on the enabled syncs.
