Setting up Galaxus connection in RIVAFY
Step 1: Gather your Credentials
The following FTP connection data will be provided to you by Galaxus when you create your account. If you have not received them yet, connect with your contact person at Galaxus
You will need:
Host URL (e.g., sftp://ftp.digitecgalaxus.ch)
Username & Password
Directory Paths (Folder locations for Orders and Products)
Step 2: Configure the Connection in RIVAFY
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Select Galaxus and click Connect.
Fill in the fields using the table below as a guide.
Connection Details:

File Path Configuration :
RIVAFY needs to know exactly which folders to look in to find orders and where to upload product updates.
Note: Ensure you include the full path (e.g., /home/username/folder/) exactly as provided.

Account Settings:

Click Save & Test Connection.
