Setting up Shopware6 connection in RIVAFY

This article explains how to generate API credentials in Shopware 6 and connect your store to RIVAFY.

Prerequisites:

• A Shopware 6 store
• Access to the Shopware Admin panel
• Permission to create integrations
• Your Shopware store URL

Step 1: Create an Integration in Shopware 6:
 

• Log in to Shopware Admin
  Access the Shopware 6 administration backend.
• Navigate to Integrations
  Go to Settings → System → Integrations.
• Add a New Integration
  Click on Add integration.
• Enter Integration Details
  Name: Enter a name (e.g., RIVAFY Integration).
  Administrator:
  Enable this option to grant full access
  (recommended for smooth synchronization)
  OR
  Manually select the required ACL permissions (orders, products, inventory).
• Save the Integration
  Click Save.
• Copy API Credentials
  After saving, Shopware will generate:
  Client ID
  Client Secret
  Copy and securely store these credentials.

Step 2: Obtain Your Webshop URL:
 

Use your Shopware store’s base URL, for example:

https://your-shop-domain.com 

Step 3: Connect Shopware 6 in RIVAFY:
 

• Log in to your RIVAFY account.
• Navigate to the Integrations page.
• Locate the Shopware 6 integration and click Connect.
• Enable the synchronization features you want to use.
• Click Next and enter the following details:
  Webshop URL
  Client ID
  Client Secret
• Click Connect to complete the setup.

Once connected, RIVAFY will start syncing data with Shopware 6 based on the enabled syncs.
