How to update prices from shopfiy

Pre-requisite:

Ensure the Fetch Product Information Sync is enabled in your Shopify integration before proceeding.

Steps: 
 

1. Go to Product Import Page:
   
   Visit: https://app.rivafy.com/#/pim/product-import/import
    
2. Choose File Upload Type:
   
   Under the section "Choose the type of file uploads," click on Shopify.
    
3. Select Operation Type:
   
   For "Importing this file to?", select Update Products option. 
    
4. Select Products to Import:
   
        1. All Products: If you want to fetch prices for all products from Shopify.
   
        2. Products with Custom Tags: If you want to fetch prices for products that have specific 
                                                          tags in Shopify (You can add the tags of 
                                                          products you want to fetch in Rivafy.)
                 
    
5. Select Sync Frequency:
   
   For "Import data," you can choose between:
    
          1. One-time sync: To fetch prices only once.
   
          2. Periodic sync: If you want to fetch prices at a regular interval.
              If you select Periodic sync, you will need to:
                           a. Enter the sync name.
                           b. Set the sync frequency (how often you want the sync to run).
    
6. Click Import:
    
7. Map Shopify Keys to Rivafy Keys:
   
   You will need to map the fields from Shopify to Rivafy. Below is a list of the key mappings you need to follow:

If your price in Shopify is tax-exclusive, import it into the “Price Exclusive” field in Rivafy. If it is tax-inclusive, import it into the “Price Inclusive” field in Rivafy.

After completing these steps and mappings, Click on continue, the import will begin, and your Shopify product data will be synced with Rivafy.
